Elder. LOL! I sure wish I was. I think that in talking with Matt he has a great concept here. Even though the chairman can delete posts and some don't like that feature they do eventually look at the deleted posts. And he says 97% stay deleted. So self management is working. I think knowing you can come here and not have to go through the garbage makes it stress free. Which is very important in this market! LOL
