Commercials Covering Their Shorts

Lowtrade,

Do you think the increased commercial covering of shorts is a bearish signal?

Also, I have read some projections are now showing silver supply will be lower than projected demand by December. If this is so, and the higher margins are making the silver market more physical, one could form a bearish outlook.

I appreciate your input if you wish to provide it.
