NWAU: I like the business model, used cars with GPS @ high interest rates = big profits. The only danger sign is going to BB via shell and bypassing form 10 tells me that some ITEM can't pass muster with NASD/SEC.

Shareholder, past deal or relationship, something stinks. All that being said- this stock will mostly likely go higher, without me.
