Is that true, that SAC documents for CCME showed zero revenue? If true, doesn't that mean the Chinese-American fellow (I forget his name) who followed buses all over China filming the content of CCME's supposed advertising was also a scam artist? But I question that anyone has access to actual SAC documentation.
