Very true. In fact very old considering much of it dated to events back in 2004.
Since the complaints from Goldspring Parent and Medhi went to GNMT. It appears as if Parent resigned as CEO but looking deeper I am not sure that was of his own will. Goldspring was a mess while Parent was CEO and GNMT is pretty much a dead company now. As much as the complaints and alleged criminal activity is old the repercussions of his tenor had large impacts on the shareholders.
The only results I have found so far is the appellant court upheld the restraining order on both Parent and Medhi.
Most of the criminal complaints I believe were settled. I am hoping to find something on what the end result was since I cannot imagine its still ongoing.
Also the criminal acts were stated in the civil suite so it was not from the DOJ. I think that speaks volumes to whether there was enough evidence to criminal.
