Agree with you 100 per cent and i have been saying since last year( and there is noting that can be done about it) when the auditor gets through asking all his questions we will have audited financials and be able to uplist to the QB. The problem is when this company was Royal Waterliley, it was run by a person in the Netherlands and another person inn one other country and CW was not able to get in touch with them to get all the old information needed. So there are auditor hoops to jump through to have an auditior's certification. Again people can "believe it or not". In the long run all of us who are long I think will be happy with the end result, although i am sure as in before there will be bumps along the way!!
