I have a feeling, and it is nothing more than a feeling that we are not going to get anything to chew on until the Q3 comes out in a month. There has been no follow-up on the reasons why the R/S has been delayed and this leads me to believe that it will not occur until after the Q3 is out. What we really need to get this show on the road is new financing to get YAGI and others out of the equation and at least one of the defendants to settle. We need this to insure that there is no financial reason for GERS to continue to dilute as they still are as of yesterday. Without this certainty and the huge differential between the O/S and A/S post R/S we simply cannot move upward. There is too much history here. So I think we will sit and idle for at least a month, pending the possibility of the "Good News Bear" showing up.
