catani It looks to me like IVFH attorneys uncovered a few unsettled issues with their incorporation. It also appears these issues are no problem at all they just require our vote. Or at least by getting shareholder approval it seals the deal!Its evident everyone will vote as the company suggests. This proxy has no real negatives its quite positive. we will undergo no changes in our business or share structure at all. The BOD members are incredible.
