...no comment on your opinion. I am sure you have done your due diligence (DD) and that is how you have come to the realization that Scott's salary ($550K annual) is too high.

I on the other hand, chose to post this info, that I pulled off Forbes.com, to educate the shareholders so they have a bit more info about PDOS and its CEO.

I welcome all comments, even negative ones such as you chose to post. $550,000 to run a company as its CEO is a pittance. He is acutally receiving a very low salary.

I agree except with the part about taking nothing.. he has to pay his bills so his salary should be minimal until this company gets its foot on solid ground and starts paying down the millions in debt.imo
