Some people making presentations actually leave a few minutes open at the end in case there ends up being some Q&A. Crazy, I know, but some actually do such things:-)
So based on your own math, JB used 87.5% of hias alotted time for his presentation and left 12.5% at the end, just in case there was some inpromptu Q&A. Crazy isnt it.
When I called and talked to a lot of people who attended at these events. They said a lot of the speakers like to cut it short. Especially when people can see your full of BS and want to leave. That looks like the case here. I could not make it and had real work to do. I was not there but if I was and did a servery, I am sure that is why. There is a GOOD chance it was the shirt but I can't be sure.
Looks like JB came out and showed all old stuff, and now he made his yearly video about nothing that will get plastered all over the tout boards. That was a not a sanctioned Tdex, that was put on by some school or college to practice presentations. Just college students running the production. But it's going to be spread around like a CNN presentation. So it's all good for the promotion. Going to see this one on the JBII/RT facebook page in an hour or so... lol
