I am very skeptical about that number. If it were true, it would mean that retail dumped a third of the float today.

I bet it is missing the all important zero at the end....as in 4 Billion. That would leave the restricted the same at about 1.8 Billion. If the float was 400M, Global, Ken, and Popeye would have it locked up by themselves. Not to mention if Father Cain still holds his 100M+
