That is a very good point crystalballz, as with any contract, in the business world, not in what-if land, it is invalid or not consumated until both parties sign on the dotted line, yet we have many mis-informed or perhaps unknowledgable "investors" who seem to think it is very much valid. Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but, it is good for only one thing (I won't go into details on what of course). Fool me once, shame on you....fool me twice, shame on me! The market has spoken folks, and it's voice is being heard daily with the big red writing on the trading tape, "SHOW ME THE PROOF, SHOW ME THE ASSAYS, SHOW ME THE DRILL RESULTS, SHOW ME THE SIGNED CONTRACTS"

Try calling HDI/NAK....it's a done deal, they are consolidating ALL of the properties in and around Pebble........LOL
