INDs can be tested through the entire process up to and including limited human trials, Phase 1. After Phase 1 is completed, a cGMP pilot facility must be in place.

Has any company ever introduced an entirely new platform and jumped directly to limited human trials?

How's your list of all the things the company stated they would do and have done coming along?

I am really looking forward to seeing it. There seems to be plenty of posts of lists of things the company has stated they would do and HAVEN'T done, so your list will be very helpful in squelching those nay-sayers.
