I think we need to separate management of the public side of the co and management of the ops side of the co. Not many people here are in the green(if any) so that means historically the public side has not been managed optimally.

However, I'm banking on the fact that mgt has done a stellar job with the ops side of the game. If they can be successful operationally the rest will get better.....with some time...
