Well I'm sure you have ready make excuse why JD started raising the A/S at the exact same time the company stopped paying their IRS withholding taxes? The old excuses of paying down debt, shares for the soon to be named CEO and the obvious lie about the router failure don't fly anymore, what now?

Thanks for reminding all that there hasn't been an AS increase in over 8 months contrary to the predictions that late May early July or surely by Summer there would be more added...veno

veno: Take a deep breath, compose yourself, and then read the following: EXPH cannot dilute since the attachment of all their assets by the feds. All proceeds would go to the government. EXPH CANNOT DILUTE MORE SHARES SINCE ATTACHMENT OF THEIR ASSETS ...

This point has been made dozens and dozens of times since the lien was discovered, and imho I'm amazed that you could have missed this important point. Is this one of those concepts that you need to wait on management's "update" for clarity? Are you looking to JD to explain federal tax laws and procedures to you?

also, I'm still waiting on a response to the several questions I raised. Here's one: Why did the feet on the ground not inform you or 4kids of the tax lien, the lawsuits, the cancellation of the SM, the approaching DEFAULT on their corporate filings? The INTERNET batted 1000% on these, and the "feet on the ground" are batting 0%. In investing, in life in fact, you should put faith in winners, not losers. Can you name a baseball player who hit 0% who is considered successful?

An earlier post mentioned about finding out who the employees and agents of EXPH are. I'm really interested in seeing this information come to light, and Jeremiah is helping in this endeavor. IMHO: Scams like EXPH should never be permitted to exist in the first place; way too many naive investors suffer because of these scams, and those who enable them (as well as those who directly propogate them) deserve both legal and moral condemnation.
