Contact the TA and see for yourself, they are not diluting. Its people who bought in at .01 or higher and are selling becuase they are impatient IHubbers.

And the thing is the lower we go, those shares are getting scooped up by longs who ARE holding. The R/M is so close that there is no point to further dilute.
