Jianbro - Ernest & Young was not commissioned by the SEC to do what you wrote. E&Y was recruited by the two Audit Committee Board members. E&Y was not the Independent Auditor. The previous Independent Auditor declined to stand for reappointment and Marcum Beinstein was appointed, ratified by the Baord and reported to the SEC. Further, the auditor that declined reappointment certified a letter to the SEC that they have not disagreed with the company on anything they audited. (Did you read that?) That is the current position. WHen you confuse E&Y with the independent auditor - you are misleading your readers.
