Its looking like the meeting is going to be a room full of un happy stockholders.

The notice of effectiveness is usually posted within a couple weeks. Since the share increase and the director vote were on the same notice, how can you vote on it when it has not been approved by the SEC? What is there to do at the meeting now?


I am still holding shares so It stays on my E trade page, just 1 million less than before the price went back up.
