Even though David Saltrelli holds 54% of the stock with his 108 million shares, and he can do what he wants, I believe he still has to have a vote of the other shareholders. Correct me if I am wrong.

The 800 million shares were authorized by David, but not issued. The only ones issued this time around are 50 million for an employee "stimulus" plan. It seems that if he liberally spreads them around, he could attract some top notch talent. Like say he gives someone 1 million shares at .05 which are restricted for one year. That's $50,000. I know that I would seriously consider such an offer.

Not if they are a minority they dont vote on squat. The other 800 bazillion shares have not been issued. My original feelings were that there is a bigger deal in the works and definitely a forawd split in the future with those shares but were not getting anything out of them presently. I think we as minority shareholders dont have any legal right but to hold and sell shares but we do have a voice, influence and ability to communicate with the company and I suggest we do that professionally, courteously and often. Im not going to personally attack NSL management but I will and do share my opinions and request info, I think thats important and very reasonable. We have an ability to help this cause as well as hurt it and my focus presently is to help it and to somehow unify us the shareholders with the companies operators. I guess we will be working for our earnings either way.
