Hey thanks texe this just further proves the fake document is fake!

(b) On July 28, 2008, Mr. Ian Herman tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 28, 2008. Mr. Herman's resignation does not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Herman will retain his position as Chairman of the Board, and will remain active in the Company as a Board member.

So he could not have signed the fake document as CEO!!
