Again, you missed the points. If the auditor resigned, it is not up to the company whether to report or not, it has to. You did not read the post.

Secondly, the thread you posted regarding the company's June 2011 Form 8-K depicts the same lack of understanding...that Audit Committee members/independent Board members are not the same as Independent Auditors.

Hope this clears some stuff for you.

Also, take note that I do not claim any special knowledge of what is going on behind the public scenes here, but there are public indicators that I abide with. Otherwise, we should not even be talking about this issue anymore.
