I did not sell Callarc Inc. I sold BTV inc. I own 50% and Francis owns 50%. Yes I used to be a Director on Voip Pal until I resigned well before I was supposedly fired which I have proof.

Callarc was an old company with a different model and no product. All IPR's of Callarc was owned 100% by Francis and was never given to Callarc. 2 other guys that were a part of Callarc and have done NOTHING want to be a part of BTV Inc. Francis and I said no. Now they say they own 50% of BTV because they Owned 50% of Callarc... A different company with a different model, no IPR, No Product or anything.

Not sure what your hearing from Voip Pal but when they heard about these other 2 guys they laughed and said that they are stupid and told them to go away. I have also spoke with 2 attorneys that tell me not to worry because it is not even close enough to substantiate a case. I think they are trying to use them as an excuse as of why this deal did not go through.... this is far from the truth.

BTV guys did not sell CallArc. There is no agreement. CallArc is just a domain name not a company. It is lame excuse from VPLM and crew that BTV sold 100% of a company they do not own. Its crap.
Just an Excuse to avoid payment. Just wait you will see the evidence and the truth. IMO vplm is not being honest to the investors and market and you will see the reasons soon.

BTV Inc did not sell callarc. Its bogus claim. Where is the agreement that states they sold callarc to Vpal. There isnt because callarc was not sold.
