The Meeting is on schedule for the 17th, if management were going to postpone the meeting they would have done so. My sources tell me everything is still on schedule. DO NOT Listen to "rumors" by any poster that has publicly stated their disposition.

make or break Well, that could be good news!! Perhaps a PR will come out when the SEC gag comes off and they will announce a post-ponement as well as other encouraging news!! I do see the beauty of removing the A/S. Perhaps if people keep posting this they will take it into consideration and turn this into a win/win for everyone!!!

Thanks for your email. MMTC is still waiting for confirmation from the SEC - at the moment the AGM is scheduled for Monday, October 31 at our facilities in San Clemente, CA - still subject to the SEC's approval. A Press Release will be published as soon as the date is confirmed.
