WHY do you think yrcw just increased the shares to 10 bil. They are selling those shares into the market.

They are possible going to be delisted. They just recieved notice last month from the exchange and the only way to stop them from being delisted is to get the share price over 1.00 or DO A REVERSE SPLIT to bring the price over a dollar.

As mentioned above, if they are going to be or they thought they were going to be around long term they would DO THE REVERSE SPLIT to keep from being delisted. If it is delisted, the chances are they will not get relisted because they will probably FILE FOR BK. If that were not the case, they would not allow it to get delisted.

If they planned on it getting back to over a dollar. Why are they selling those 10 bil shares into the market at these prices when they could do it at a dollar? Making a 100 times more the money then at these prices. In my opinion, it is because they don't beleave it is going to be around long term and it is going to be delisted.

YRCW has no real value its assets look to be almost all owned by the banks, IMO. They are having trouble breaking even let alone making a profit. Their shipment levels per day are falling short of the break even mark of 4500 shipments a day. The econmy is not going to pick up any time soon. Which is what has to happen for people to ship more. These things leave them in a real bad position to survive long term. Watch, they will be laying off agian before the end of the year.

If they show a profit at all it will probably be profit from all the stock they are selling into the market.

What a shame..... Roadway and Yellow use to be icons in their market, now they are a worthless shells called YRCW. Nice job Zollar way to go. Since 2007 they have layed of at least 1/3 of their work force. Imagine how many peoples lives they have destroyed. Not to mention the damage that did to the economy in general. Thanks buddy we all needed that.

Think before you give them your money as well....

These thoughts are just that and that is all they are...... But I do work there, so I think my thoughts should count for something, don't you all believe the same.
