What hasn't he followed up on? He's made very clear what his intentions for the company are. The timetable is what is/has been *questionable*, but those items in question are being worked out, and has been stated repeatedly. Startups (or established companies for that matter) often miss their time targets. The important thing is we are growing the company. Production improves, new veins are opening up, etc, etc, etc etc etc etc.

No you were asking him to publicly admit to mistakes-thats what I was responding to.
As I said nobody publicly admits to mistakes unless they have a gun to their head-and legal dept may have something to say about that too. The best people learn from mistakes and apply that learning going forward,as Bob is doing.

They ARE following through -its just taking longer than they originally estimated- as it does for ALL these companies and almost all blue chips too.

A lot of delays are caused by outside forces beyond their control-like the great recession which made financing impossible.

CWRN didnt create Murphys law -they are subject to it like everybody else.
So when they PR something and it doesnt happen like they thought it doesnt mean they were lying etc at time they PR'd it-more likely that Murphys law happened and I've never seen anybody take responsibility for Murphys law.

I have supplied explanations to the best of my honest ability in answer to peoples inquiries re such delays etc.

You say you wont accept anything but public apology from Bob for mistakes-so in doing so you are setting yourself up for disappointment unless Bob is the greatest saint of all time-and he cant apologize for Murphys law -which you automatically discount as an explanation.
