Ah yes, very good point to make...
While we all saw the craziness over the weekend in light of the counter suit, it is relevant to point out that governmental offices are closed today for the holiday, so the magnitude of action (good or bad) that we expected to see today will be diminished.
With that being said, we're already having a decent day in terms of volume, so it's looking pretty good IMO
