Ryan - They could have raised the A/S for numerous things. They could use the funds for increased production and distribution of their products. Stock options & warrants for their employees. Acquisition of another Company which I don't see happening since their Company is growing rapidly. I believe in 2012 when they have a decent net income from Operations they will not have to dilute anymore and could possibly buy back shares. Also, they could have raised the A/S just to keep in their Treasury if needed for emergencies. Remember, they don't want to issue to many shares and have the possibility of a hostile takeover of their Company. GLTU
