It is apparent...
PPS is based on perception.
Perception is affected by public opinion.
Public opinion is swayed by the few rather than the majority. (the squeaky wheel gets the oil).
If a stock has 5000 stock holders (such as MMTE) it only takes a few outspoken stockholders to affect the stock in a bearish way.
This is because Stocks are inherently bearish. Do the study,

So in MMTE's case you ask:

This all sounds great!! But why does mmte still sit under 1/10 of a penny? Any thoughts on that?

You could easily have ask it this way "Why is MMTE's value more than double over the PPS of a year ago?"

It's perceptions, perspectives and emotions. It's fear, greed and indecision. It's analysis, patience and haste.
It's people waiting for the stampede. Buying when everybody else is buying feels safe.
IMO buying without group consensus is more profitable. It just isn't as exciting as buying during the run. Yeehaa!
