Been with ET since their inception. They are awesome. I have never had a problem with them in close to the 14 years or so. They have a flat fee for buying and selling regardless of the exchange (OTCBB, Pinks, Nas, Dow and Amex). I believe their flat fee is $12.99 per trade but if you make 250 or more trades in a Quarter they will give you their Elite status price of $9.99 per trade. If you have your account "status" as a margin account you never have to wait for the funds from your sale of a security to "Settle" and can buy into something else immediately. There is NO minimum dollar amount required to have a margin account; you just select that option. You are not allowed to trade on margin though as your balance may just be a small amount. BUT, by setting up the account as "Margin" account will allow you to buy and sell Pennies without waiting for funds to settle. Hope this helps. Take care.
