Or it is because:
1. All 247 million shares have been dumped--by insiders and promoters.
2. The pump is long over with.
3. Most traders have exited.
4. Only a few hangers on are averaging down---which, by the way, is often a way to lose even more.
And, you used the words "confident investors", which warrants commenting. No non reporting pinkie should ever be called an investment...especially a blatant pump and dump like this was, and one with many glaring red flags, as have been well documented.
IMO, anyone who is confident and "believes" in this company is very misguided, naive even, and is being set up for a big disappointment.
