Agree 17, they are still striking deals. The SEC and FBI are having a very difficult time proving wrong doings by Southridge even though they have put many small companys out of business due to stock manipulation and massive dilution that created large profits for Southridge. Right now I view Southridge as a cancer that prey on small weak companys based on their history funding deals. JMO.
