Asher paid out & U.S. network? = $$$

It was Asher converting(finished) and are paid out, and it's all done on DUSS end (DUSS free & clear), what Asher has left is their own business, DUSS no control over that. Asher seems to be just about out as we can see.

Its in the Q filings, go look back at the old ones. No more shares to convert. NO DILUTION here folks!
