No doubt James had something to do with it but Jeff was portrayed as everyones hero here. I may be wrong but I would think the share swap was Jeff's idea from the start ....

first this spoon has docs that show that jeff lied in his depo about his debt wraps. second jeff actually did pump and dump with skypesters. some who are know to other commonshareholders. third
jeff begged to get in on deans deals when he was a mod at qasp.
fourth jeff bought nhs via a loan for tom favata in 2010. fifth jeff sent out in april to a mod at nhs 15M shares of nhs at a SP, of .0015 when jeff could have sold them for .10SP
