OH So Mineseeker got preferreds, similar strategy as to the first time around except they didn't retire the entire 450 mil?

"This course of action will involve the retirement of the 450,000,000 shares held by the parent company in exchange for the creation of a non-convertible, voting only, Preferred class of stock. After this step, the authorized share count would again be lowered."
