Indeed and then it was UBCI. Then came santeon. They did a merger with UBCI. They used it as a shell company to get listed. They have nothing do do with it anymore. Management is gone. I'am giving them the benefit of the doubt for now and wait for the audit and filing of the Q. Then we will finaly know Santeon is real or not. IMO it will be very surprising.
