What dates are shown? Were they restricted for 30 days, 60 days, a year, a certain pps? Please provide a link with proof!

What about the 8,000,000 shares they gave the N.C. lawyer? Date restrictions? Price restrictions?

I have seen price restrictions that allow the shares to become free trading once the share prices reaches say .10! That kind of restriction would have allowed Doug and the lawyer to dump shares.

Since the lawyer is not an insider/officer, he is not required to file a Form 4.
