Filing shows as of May 2011, it was unchanged. Not sure if TA would give out that info - but the way its trading looks like 7.7Mil floar still stands. Even if they issued more shares, which does't look like it, they are restricted for 1 year.

Nice solid buying in now, $0.15 on the ask, and 1 cent away from historic high! Something up on $IFHR and it's not only the price!
