I agree jmbell, I think DIMEQ is a great buy now. We have 348 million set aside for possible payout. If we get moved to class 12 very likely we are very much in the money.

I think the big question is who will pay our claim – right now it will come out of the estate – not good for Equity holders, but the liability for payout should ultimately come from the FDIC or JPM. I hope JMW address this in her opinion.
