MINACS AWARDED 5 YEAR, US$121 MILLION CONTRACT; COMPANY TO PROVIDE CONTACT CENTER SERVICES TO A LEADING SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR
Minacs Worldwide Inc. has been awarded a five-year, $121-million (U.S.) contract with a leading systems integration company. The contract is for the provision of customer contact centre services and represents a significant new client relationship.
Revenue from the first year of this contract will represent approximately 13 per cent of anticipated revenues for 2005. The company expects revenue contribution from this contract to begin in the first quarter of 2006.
"We are delighted with the prospect of working with this new client," said Elaine Minacs, chief executive officer. "Opportunities of this nature are key in propelling Minacs towards its stated vision of emerging among the top tier of North American business process outsourcing (BPO) companies."
