Ahhh, who's "we"? And unlike JD Brown, who's always up for shareholders to "drop by" for a misinformation tour of the now reportedly near empty and motionless Shaver street warehouse, I do NOT welcome visitors...re, we or otherwise.
No, it's been eight months now since the last publicly ACKNOWLEDGED A/S increase. Oh, there has been no shares issued at all? Good...PROVE IT. I do notice "we've" backed the "no dilution in the last eight months" down to "no shares increased"...that's a bit of improvement over the blantantly prevaricative version.
BLLLLLAHHHHTTTTT! Wrong! The prediction was for dilution...admittedly in the form of share sales which have apparently been rendered pointless by either the SEC threats to jail them if they proceeded with any other A/S increases or the IRS announcing the would seize any cash raised by share sales immediately. Making your oft repeated "point" absolutely meaningless. The company is continuing to dilute on what is a 3X accelerated pace by my estimates using their own released numbers. 650% annually at last check...seems like they don't even need stock sales to drive the value of this worthless company even further into the ground.
Excuse me? What "re-scheduled" shareholder meeting? There been no SM rescheduled. What's that? You say there HAS???? Excellent...what's the exact date, time and place of the re-scheduled meeting? UPDATE: Unless Harrs and/or Brown go clinically insane, you will never spot them in a public shareholder meeting the rest of their lives. Expo Holdings, Inc. next major "meeting" is going to be with a bankruptcy attorney. Take it to the bank.
Excuse me...AGAIN? What change in management? There was no announcement of a change in management. That's a material event. And while they obviously do not have to issue 8Ks, telling one shareholder about a material event and not others is a felony. Are you saying Expo Holdings, Inc. management is involved in a felony? Some form of stock insider info fraud? I remember seeing a shareholders update in which the commentary was made that management will be announcing "some changes"...something I would expect since they are headed to prison if they don't start changing their ways soon.
Good for you! Hang in there till the bitter, horrid, bankrupt end. Those EXPH shares have lost 98% of their value since they were first purchased so what's another two percent when they declare bankruptcy here in a month or so? All IMHO.
