Try some good premium cigars and don't inhale. You might just 'transfer' your habit, but it won't bother you nearly as badly. Take it from a chowderhead who smoked cigarettes for .... over 25 years ..... the damn things have ZERO positive points. I now puff on a cigar once in a while, and satisfy the nicotine cravings ... but since I don't inhale, they're not nearly so harmful. AND a good cigar has none of those addictive dditives they use in cigarettes to ensure you get hooked.

Believe me, after a short while, you'll learn to enjoy a nice, slow, leisurely cigar in a way you never really could enjoy a cigarette. Get yourself a few Macanudos or Fuentes to start .... don't inhale, and just puff them slowly and deliberately. You'll get your nicotine kick, without all the tars and other schmuck the cigarette makers use.

You'll be transformed from a 'nasty smoker' to an 'afficionado' in a short while.

Hell, I figured you too sophisticated to fall for the trap the cigarette makers set to lure in unthinking, weak, stupid dolts.
