QLD is one, but I have never traded it. I have a set of stocks I watch and play to the upside and then try to ride TVIX when the markets go down. You can short TVIX if you have the right account. I, unfortunately, cannot because most of my trading is done in my Roth IRA account which is a non-marginal account.
