1) Not enough volume in recent months to even suggest a buy-back has started, or been accomplished.
2) Anytime volume vanishes, it is always a bad sign that the stock is in disfavor by the market.
3) The idea that he is busy building the business in China and elsewhere, and that eventually it will be reflected in the pps has been the most common argument going on here for the past two years. It is what almost every poster here has based their hopes on. Unfortunately the time for it to start showing in the pps has long since come, and passed.
4) Lack of contact and openness is actually a rather recent development that has now gone on long enough to be considered a major red flag by many of us. JB used to provide fairly frequent reports and updates. Investors are now useless to him as he has diluted the pps to the point that releasing more shares won't help him. He already used one Reverse Split to gain another bite at the apple. His hiding from us (apparent hiding) is a major red flag. I, for one, have absolutely no trust left for the man's motives.
