Well right now the price is being offset probably by note holder conversions. We may continue to see these types of efforts until those shares are gone. That could be around 40M shares. Combine that with any shorting and who knows for the short term.
The reality is once they start proving the concept big money will come in and at that time, I think $1-3 is reasonable. $1 if it's successful and $3-5 longer term if the model proves out.
I'm guessing back up to at least .10 by early 2012 and perhaps as high as $1 by the end of 2012. After that the sky is the limit depending on how well this VOD model is accepted in the industry.
Another thing to remember is not just Realtors, there was quite a bit of chatter a while back about NXOI participating in helping banks unload foreclosed properties and taking a big chuck of the pie. That there is a billion dollar industry, if they do get their teeth into that market we could easily see double digits.
