well, i don't see this news anywhere else but hope it is legit.If so, it certainly rises above the fluff level and would appear to be another item that can be crossed off the list of to do items for the permit approval.

It would be another good step forward. The article is as you posted, but don't bother with the YouTube link on the picture, it just was a recording of "The 1812 Overture". (or my phone is broken)
