Can you get on identa.biz?

Truth be told that website should be pulled down or put back up IN SERVICE. Worst thing management can do is leave it in limbo like this months on end. Yet management has outdone even that, they refuse to address the issue never mind fix it.

Positively the worst bunch of boneheads I have ever seen. On one hand they tell the shareholder the classification issue will be repaired in days, months later they are still pulling this kind of stunt. There is no effort being made to get this back to the classification it was. All they need do is disclose what the company is doing. In any other company that would not be such an issue yet with Identa the only thing I can reason here is they need to hide something.

Even that's not being accomplished. 5 years running they have diluted on average over 1.2 BILLION shares and what have they got to show for it? MORE DECEPTION that is it! I think the CEO is lieing plain and simple. If they were in the best position the company has ever been how is it they cannot do a simple fix on a website? Why is ANY disclosure such a taboo topic? It all points to a company trying to pull a fast one. They are not even good at that. It's so obvious this navel gazing BOD has no intention of supporting it's shareholders it's pathetic.

Quite frankly? It's a wonder they haven't been halted. The SEC is trying to purge the market of these types of shenanigans. If anyone is about to trip over that plug Mike...It's the SEC not this management. They just want to continue doing whatever they are doing like nothing is wrong. Right there that tells you the real intent of this sham. Pump, dump, rinse and repeat. Put it this way, if they don't get halted it's not because they don't qualify. 7 years of huff and puff and all they have to show investors is more dilution.

A total disgrace and a complete abuse of the markets. IMO pull that plug now, this company doesn't deserve the loyalty bestowed or the trust offered. Whatever the game here it's not legit fiduciary duty IMO. Something funny going on here and to be certain, no one is laughing.
