But the SEC is clamping down on the R/S as an escape route. The history of a Bart is precisely what the microcap working group is targeting. Don't see how he could play the R/S trick with the SEC having Grey sheeted him, and then reissue billions of shares in a new stock for more stockholder equity.

The current environment just isn't friendly to the R/S escape trick.
