Well, the PR said Kendrick was CEO of Seeker, and Jeff on the board. As far as I know, mineseeker owns NHSH shares, but I don't think they've merged, yet. As I recollect, their PR was just saying what their plans were, not what has happened.
So, yes, I am going off of filings, I've learned that lesson, anyway. LOL
