As much as I ignore you, I'll help you out here. What requirement is sney under to report? Still waiting....?? That's right, 0. Therefore they ARE, by very definition, in full compliance. Not to mention, they have started filings. But what's puzzling to Me is how You have $ to burn. That's right, you must. You claim to have 800k shares, but by your own words try to bestow doom and gloom on sney. Something does not compute in that equation, or as mathematicians say, a false equation.
