I share your puzzlement over this situation, but I think your last sentence will need a little rework.
In the meantime, I just let these shares sit in my account, wondering if they will ever be worth anything.

I'm quite baffled as well. I figured we'd hear something by now. He seems to have fallen off the map, no filings, no new deals. These shares will just have to continue to take a back seat.

LOL, that is a brilliant idea.

i'm toying with the notion of taking out a 2 x 2 add in the wall street journal, somthing along the line of: anyone in contact with chris messalas, leaddog capital markets llc, ceo of msto (masterbeat corporation),and secretar, treasurer, director, president of ctno (the carlton companies incorporated), if you are can you ask him why he can't update ctno or msto and why he will not talk or answer emails regarding these two companies. we bought shares in these companies, for some odd reason we felt he was working for us! is this what corporate ceo's are all about?

I agree. It is very irresponsible to have NOT communicated by now something, anything at all, in the form of a status update to CTNO shareholders. What's his problem?
